Our website offers several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings, and for assistance in evaluating our software and services. Sharing and Usage

Uploading of information, and Referrals received/sent
You may have the option to manually enter, upload, or import information about your contacts into the private “My Database” section of our website. Data entered in the “My Database” will only be viewable by you and will not be seen by others in the Lead Record network.
The Lead Record website is contains functionality where people seek to provide referrals to one another. With our consent, all the personal and business information you enter onto the Lead Record website and which you send out to specific individuals will be viewed by those individuals only in their referral section of their database.
Note about Children
Minors are not eligible to use the Site, and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us. As such, the Sites are not directed at minors, nor do we knowingly collect or maintain information from minors on the Sites.
Consent to Transfer
Users located outside the United States who submit Information to Lead Record via the Sites should be aware that the information they submit will be transferred to our servers located in the United States. Your submission of Information to us constitutes your consent to this transfer. Lead Record provides users the opportunity to opt-in, opt-out, or change preferences via a link in the footer of most email messages. These options are made available when you sign-up for our email lists and in email messages delivered from our company.
