6. Membership Fees

Membership is free for the first 30 days then a monthly fee will be apply.

Lead Record reserves the right to modify pricing of, add to, or discontinue the Lead Record service or any portion thereof without prior notice.

Membership may not be sold, assigned or transferred to any person or Entity. Members must promptly inform Lead Record of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Lead Record is notified, by e-mail at info@leadrecord.com of a breach in security, the member will remain liable for any unauthorized use of www.leadrecord.com.

When you cancel your account, no refunds will be issued.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT LEAD RECORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF LEAD RECORD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, DOCUMENTS, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE.

Any business transactions which may arise between users from their use of Lead Record are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

Without limitation of the terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy, you understand and agree that Lead Record may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Terms of Use Agreement, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Record, its users, and the public.
